Brought my son in because his PCP office was closed for MLK day. He was showing his normal symptoms for an ear infection, (which if left untreated can lead to complications which can be fatal to him due to previous medical issues with his brain) brought him in to get him checked out like any good parent would do and they send me home with a "do not go to the emergency room unless essential" packet. This reminds me of some old school hillbilly hospital! I’ve been going here since I was in the 5th grade. The only thing that has changed is that now their medical records are online. I had a lapse in insurance and an emergency dental issue so I opted for this option being in pain and desperate. I waited in line for 45 minutes (only 2 people doing check ins) to be told that dental walk ins were full for the day and not accepting anyone else. Covid rapid testing results should not take over 3 hours to find out. Didn’t hear back when promised a call with results. I had to call the hospital several times and some lady told me that she had to leave a message for the doctor.
You guys literally sent me home with a torn ACL and torn meniscus (60% of it was torn) because you were too lazy to check me out. Gave me medication I can’t even take even though I told the staff what all I take 3 times. Too lazy to go get me a doctors note for my job (physical labor). I’ve never been so furious with any healthcare professionals. I hurt it over and over until eventually I had to go to the ER. So thank you for that!!!
Absolute worst hospital we’ve ever been to! We waited an hour for ER check-in for a 13-year-old boy with a broken shin. They couldn’t of been more rude if they tried with the exception of the actual ER doctor himself. Did not catch his name, because I only spoke to him for three minutes total if that, but he was nice. Covid testing lady rudest person I’ve ever met next to the ER check in ladies. They talk so incredibly low and check in stations are so close you can’t tell who is asking you questions so there is zero privacy.... read more
RecommendedQuicker and friendlier than any of the other Indian Healthcare facilities I have been to.
When I was tested for COVID-19 the doctors told me to call my kids and siblings and family to tell them that I wouldn’t make it home that I was dying... it was the hardest thing I had to ever do in my life....I am here to say that hospital is not a recommendation from me. They made me traumatize myself and my kids and siblings and every one. I want to know why I was made to do this?
