wrose place ever. they are trying to throw people in cars they can't afford then after I told them i couldn't do that they got SO rude!! ill never go back and I'm letting everyone I know not to ever go there!!
I will never recommend anyone to go buy a car there. I was never informed that if i refer someone and they bought at another dealership in the area in the past that I wouldn't receive the $200 referral check! Very misleading by your salesman which now is no longer there and avoided me as much as possible about this issue!! I indirectly work with customers and if I would have said something and then did something else my supervisor wouldn't be happy with me. so I must say I will never send anymore people your way.
Elizabeth was extremely helpful in getting me the right price on a new 2019 Canyon. The truck is great, and I appreciated Elizabeth’s willingness to listen to my needs and requests and deliver exactly the truck for me!

The service people are tops, imo. They're professional, polite, courteous, skilled. I have a 1997 Blazer and they take care of it as if it were a new car. Haselwood itself is a reputable institution that I rely on for my auto needs. Haven't yet purchased a car through them, but I'm sure the sales staff is of the same high caliber as their service pros!
They ordered my parts, called when they arrived, scheduled my service and were ready when I arrived. The entire service was pleasant and efficient. I will return when I need future service.
