RecommendedOn Sunday May 24th I went in attempting to purchase a pre-owned SUV. Samantha Buffington was fa-nominal in helping me. The original one I was looking at did not work with the down payment and monthly budget I had in mind, so Samantha helped me find a slightly newer, much nicer one that I was approved for. Took my truck in for a check engine light. What should have been a quick fix, turned into a 3 week ordeal and me getting a new motor in my truck. Although the tech working on my truck did cause a pretty big problem, Haselwood took complete ownership of the mistake. What a great experience I have with the Haselwood team with every interaction. Bought a ZR2 in October with them and just ordered a Camaro for my wife. Kevin Beckstrand is our go to guy. Be it the service team or sales associates they all are fantastic! 100 percent recommend this great team.
I have bought 2 50K trucks from you and still get Grade F service. I despise going to your dealership for service but I love CHEVY Trucks.
My contract that was signed by them and us said if I didn't use the warranty I could cancel and get refunded within 5 business days. Over 2 weeks now and I can't get anyone to call me back. Finance guy told my wife he would call her that day and never called, when she called she was told he was busy. I will NEVER purchase anything from the haselwood group and will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was.
