Took my truck in for a check engine light. What should have been a quick fix, turned into a 3 week ordeal and me getting a new motor in my truck. I have bought 2 50K trucks from you and still get Grade F service. I despise going to your dealership for service but I love CHEVY Trucks.
My contract that was signed by them and us said if I didn't use the warranty I could cancel and get refunded within 5 business days. Over 2 weeks now and I can't get anyone to call me back. Finance guy told my wife he would call her that day and never called, when she called she was told he was busy. I will NEVER purchase anything from the haselwood group and will tell everyone I know how horrible my experience was.
