What an incredibly disappointing experience at the Haselwood GMC dealership. My wife, daughter and I were eager to look at some larger vehicles for our family. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON greeted us. The receptionist looked up and went back to her phone. The cashier kept staring. Such a disappointing experience.

Checked myself in for maintenance on my Escalade this morning. Brian in service is very helpful. He's done well to schedule my service and I appreciate the accommodations while I wait. There was a retired veteran checking in before me this morning who was full of exciting things to talk about. The service team was kind and friendly. As a military family member I appreciated the engagement.

HORRIBLE customer service. Took my Traverse in back in November they told my my a/c was working when it wasn't. They've been giving me the run around ever since. I was transferred twice trying to figure out who was going to get to the bottom of it. That's NOT the way you treat supposed valued customers.
Just bought our second vehicle from Haselwood & will definitely be returning when we are ready for another! These guys (and gals) are the best in the business. The whole process starting with Dave Siler in sales and ending with Robert Simpson in finance, with an assist from Dave Aycock the GM, was wonderful. We ended up with a deal better then expected & these guys worked for it. They reached and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend anyone visiting Haselwood for their next auto purchase … you won't regret it!
