Brought my daughter in to Hasbro with concerns over a head injury. She was transported by ambulance. The EMTS were concerned over her head injury as she was puking while trying to get her vitals in the ambulance. We spent almost 2 hours in the waiting room after check-in. Then once we were out into a room we spent over 2 hours before a Med Student came in to see us. 45 minutes after that a nurse finally said my daughter could have juice and popsicle. We arrived at 5pm. It is now 945pm and we have not heard one word from a Dr... read more

It’s very sad water is not available in the ER waiting for kids. The staff directed me to the vending machine for water for my sick daughter. Thank you

On Friday night/Ssturday morning (3/15-3/16) my husband and I brought our daughter to the emergency room from roughly 2-6:30am. We were very scared and worried for our daughter who had been sick with stomach bug for a week. Our team was extremely thorough, compassionate and kind which made the world of difference to us. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Our attending MD was Lockhart, we also saw Dr William's and we saw nurses Mike and Heather

My son was in last Tuesday to rule out torticollis of his neck. The ER was busy and felt like a full staff was there. Everyone was very pleasant with us, asking us if we need anything, gave him play Doh etc. He ended up having xrays and MRI . Mri was unsuccessful and after the second time of medication he was very agitated and took him immediately out and we went up to the ER. The Er doctor came back and reexamine him and spoke to a pediatric spine dr over the phone and gave us the clear to go home. It was a very long day bu... read more

Terrible parking attendants I have complained about 2 specific guys posted their pictures talked to multiple people in the office and VPNE lines I have now reached out to The other offices getting my child treatment should not cause an child already suffering from Joint pains to walk farther getting parking spots blocked. This has happened more than 2 x and this hospital is a joke they quick to request that you call them but no response. I’ll be glad when all her treatments are moved to Boston

I’m still here with my little one, so perhaps my opinion will change. She hasn’t even made it to a bed yet and I am utterly disappointed by the care she has received. It took over an hour for the ER staff to find infant formula for her. And a respiratory therapist who was to put her on high flow oxygen looked at her, commented ‘what do they want me to do anyway, she looks fine’ and left, with any examination or intervention. Why are there no cribs in the ER? I’ve been holding her for hours or to stretch my legs, hovering ove... read more

I don't know if hospital administrators see read these or not but the staff was amazing my son was seen last night but and there is a huge but the ER staff is very under staffed you had nurses doing transport and there were more patients the the Dr and nurses the patient to nurse and Dr ratio was under acceptable these men and women helping to heal our children need to more help you wonder why a nurse has a attitude it's because he/she can't care for her patients the way they would like there needs to be more funding to hire... read more

My daughter contracted the flu the day of her tonsillectomy last Friday. Started throwing up on Saturday and went back to the hospital. At the hospital she hit a temp of 104 and continued to throw up and had the chills. They admitted her for a possible bleed in her throat. The staff trying to put an IV in was awful. Made her cry repeatedly. Finally got upstairs and her BP plummeted. I kept telling them something was wrong. Her temp continued the next day. Never once did they think to test her for the flu. But wanted to give ... read more
