This hospital 6th floor staff has got to be the worst staff ever how u have two kids arguing and fight and only punish one child taking away the blanket and pillow and having her sleep wit nothing arguing wit a minor fiscally grabbing her and hanging up the phone on the parent and not letting the parent know what was going on the parent called back and was left on hold how dare your staff act in a way to hurt a child who is there sick and trying to get better you call your self a good hospital wit nurses staff security and a... read more
I’m currently sitting in the waiting room , where I have been for over 2 hours . We are waiting on an X-ray for our son . I watched 5 other people who arrived after me just get taken into the back . Naturally , I wondered why . When I questioned the receptionist , she was abrupt and rude . Not the best qualities for a person to have who deals with the public . I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to ANYONE , and I assure you I will take the ride to Boston for my child’s common cold before I ever return to this place .

I met Dr. Herzlinger for the first time today and he was fantastic! We had one fantastic experience with him and the GI Staff!
just checked in to admitting. the registration clerk was so awesome!!!!
Admitted Friday and left Sunday with my 15 month old who is fighting pneumonia. The doctors are great but the NURSESSSSSS omg they’re amazing! I’m so grateful for each and every person we dealt with. Thank you for doing what you do!

When it comes to childhood cancer take your kids to Boston Children's Hospital...Hasbro makes a lot of mistakes in this department... teaching hospitals have a lot of inexperienced staff playing guessing games... Boston is way more equipped...
