This hospital its awful i couldn’t believe how my grandson was being treated with a fever 104.5 (11 months old baby). They hate their job they just there for are paycheck. ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY RIGHT! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE IT WILL BE A TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE
I was increasingly worried while reading the reviews as we waited in the waiting room last week. We arrived around 9:15pm and were triaged and in the waiting room by 10-ish. We only ended up waiting there for about an hour and 45 minutes. The waiting room was loud, uncomfortable and not the cleanest - but I was grateful we did not spend hours there. in October 31 2022 My daughter had a swollen neck so the doctor send to the children’s emergency room waiting for more hours in the waiting room and they did an IV test and a ultrasound.
I went to Hasbro Childrens ER today and I was impressed by the level of service, care and attention my daughter and I received. The staff was patient with her and went above and beyond. They even checked on me to be sure I was ok and if I needed anything. I’m not from the area but I’m willing to take the extra 20 minute drive to take my child there again if needed.
