This was our first time here yesterday and despite the scare we had we had a great experience.The nurses and doctors were kind, helpful and supportive. Our son was well taken care of.
It’s the kind of place where people are going to be sensitive especially to waiting. But the low reviews didn’t wig me out. I feel you’re more likely to leave a review if you had a bad time than a review if you had a good time. A sick child is no joke and of course leads to stress. Now we were lucky to have a sick kiddo at 3am on a Sunday so the drive was awesome. Parking was a hassle and I didn’t know I could park right in front of the ER. This hospital its awful i couldn’t believe how my grandson was being treated with a fever 104.5 (11 months old baby). They hate their job they just there for are paycheck. ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE COMPLETELY RIGHT! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE IT WILL BE A TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE
