Fantastic staff, quick service. Very well run and organized system.
My Grandson was brought in last night for respiratory problems. I dropped my daughter off at the front door and by the time I parked my car and got back to meet her, my grandson was seen by triage and being brought into a room. A nurse was waiting in the room for him and he was seen by a doctor within 2 mins. He was seen by several different nurses and 3 different doctors. My Grandson was extremely well taking care of. I would give more stars if I could.
The Hasbro ER has been absolutely wonderful both times we have been there this year (one broken arm and one set of stitches). Although I hope not to have to visit them again anytime soon, I know that great care will be there waiting for us when we need them. Everyone we came into contact with was great at their job from the CNA's, to the nurses, ER docs, and child life specialists! Thanks, Hasbro!
The nurses are the best !!!! They are quick and efficient. I'm glad they are there when we have needed them. the fact that they discontinued the valley parking really really sucks...nothing like carrying my sick kid through a city black and parking garage
