Dr. Shuster was very good about discussing some payment issues and coming to a fair conclusion. And, most important, my son recovered very well from his wisdom-tooth surgery.
Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
The staff really knows what they're doing and they're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.
Did this provider use excessive foul language? Somewhat. It was a little excessive. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
Dr. Shuster did my son's wisdom teeth and it was a good experience. He decided to delay the initial surgery because my son wasn't feeling good, but when it was done a week later everything went well. Four teeth (two impacted), typical discomfort but absolutely no swelling.
