Horrible! !!!! Having 2 children I expected a little more knowledge from the whole office.
Have had an awesome experience with the Drs and even most of the nurses however the front office staff can be rude and snappy at times!
Wonderful practice. Would not take my child anywhere else!!!!!
When my son was born at North West, Harvey Pediatric Docs were the ones to take care of him. He had Jaundice and we had to stay in the hospital for about 4 days to get it cleared up enough to go home. While we were there we saw Dr. Tate and Dr. Harvey. They were both very informative and easy to talk to. Since then my son has seen Dr. Savage for his wellness visits and we love him as well! i hope my friend never brings her children back to your clinic after everything you have put her through and that means Dr's. Harvey and Savage she asked for help and you made her feel like she was forced to continue doing something she knew wasn't working. and when she asked for something she knew would work your Dr. Savage said no lets try this instead and that still didn't work your Dr.'s should have listened to her in the beginning as mother knows best a mother is a child's best advocate not a Dr. because mom knows what ... read more
