We love Dr. Harvey and all of the other Doctors, NPs, and Nurses we’ve seen are wonderful as well. Our boys have been seeing him for 3 years now and would highly recommend.
Their Drs and Nurses are AMAZING!!! Had never had an issue with front desk staff until recently. I finally got my foster daughter's immunization records and emailed them in to the front desk for a nurse to check so that we could sign her up for Pre-K. I called on 2 different days and was told a nurse would call me. That's it; no asking if who I was or who the patient was, just A NURSE WILL CALL WHEN SHE REVIEWS IT I called the following Monday and the person who received it had NOT sent it to the nurse. I brought my son in today after his arm was swollen. My son is special needs and Dr Cantwell was great with him. Just to be safe she ordered X - Rays and sure enough he had broken his arm. Later Harvey Pediatrics immediately worked with Ozark Orthopedic to get him seen the same day and in a cast. I can’t thank them enough for helping my son get the help he needed and now he’s in a cast and we don’t have to wait days to get a cast
Dr. Pollard is so wonderful! She is so experienced and kind! She Always takes wonderful care of our baby girl and puts our minds at ease. Dr. Harvey is also so fantastic, kind, and thorough. We have 100% confidence in both of them.I cannot recommend Harvey pediatrics more! The staff is the absolute best, and I wouldn’t trust my daughter with any other pediatricians!
Dr. Harvey is so professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He never seems rushed, takes his time with our kids and addresses all our questions. His staff is amazing and my kids actually love going to his office. We are so fortunate to have him as our pediatrician!
Staff are always professional and courteous.
