I love my apartment with Harvest Rock! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I only started looking for June apartments at the end of April/beginning of May. Justin and BJ were very quick to respond and to show me the apartment, and it's great! I'm loving it so far. Very up to date and super close to the TCU campus! The employees are dedicated to making sure their tenants are getting what they need in a timely manner, and I'm super grateful.
Harvest Rock helped me find an affordable apartment near TCU's campus when I started to feel hopeless about finding off-campus housing for the school year. They are always quick to fix maintenance issues in my apartment, answer my questions, and help me with anything else I may need during the time of my lease. I am extremely glad I chose to lease an apartment through Harvest Rock for my junior and senior years of college.

I have rented from Harvest Rock for the past 2 years. BJ and Tom are excellent at communicating with you, meeting your needs as far as your rental desires, and maintaining excellent, safe properties! Also, the maintenance team is always attentive and will be there to fix whatever you may need in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!
