I am a very honest person and it was nice while we lived there but after moving out they charged us 1700 dollars for paint and carpet cleaning. I had just cleaned my carpets a month prior. They refused to do a walk through. I’m just discussed and disappointed in the way they are treating me. The letter which I just received yesterday states if we don’t have it paid in full by 12/20 they are threatening to send us to collections. I live here and love it. I've been here for 5-yrs, serve as Treasure on the Board of Directors. We are blessed with the very best Office Staff, Maintainence Staff and Property Management Co.. I have "Nick-Named" our maintenance staff "Jimmy-Johns". When you call with a problem, the respond before you hang-up!
I was at the Clubhouse for a Baby shower. Very nice Clubhouse.
Great place to live.They are good about coming over to help you fix what ever you need to be done. It is clean at Harvard Square and my yard always looks good. They try hard to keep things running smooth at Harvard Square. I enjoy all the people who work for Harvard Squard.
