Had a bad experience from the get go. We toured a home that obviously looked like it needed to be cleaned, but when i asked him about it, he said the home had been professionally cleaned. The walls had black stains, carpet wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned, dead wasps everywhere on the floor, garbage disposal didn’t work.
