I have to say this was the nicest, most professional cleaning I have ever had. Everything was explained as the cleaning progressed. The Hygienist was courteous and friendly which helped me completely relax. I will be delighted to see her again in 6 months.
Staff was great. all were very good at there jobs. felt very welcome.
Was great the dr didn't try to push all types of things he thought I needed. I went to one that had me expecting to pay a couple thousand before I left.
Teresa was considerate, professional and efficient. She explained what she was doing and checked on my comfort level. The appointment was quick enough to fit into my lunch hour, including drive time.
Had a root canal done and within a day it was totaly back to normal. It was nice not feeling the shot let alone anything else.
The once yearly X-ray process was done quickly and professionally. I would like to see the covering on the tool that is inserted into the mouth have reduced/eliminated sharp edging on it. It is quite uncomfortable when the tool is being placed into, or removed from the mouth. The cleaning process went well and I appreciate the attention to my low pain tolerance, and the usage of a local pain killer on the gums to ensure a painless cleaning process. The doctor was pleasant, as always. Thank you.
Less than 5min waiting, courteous staff and dentist, office willing to work with me regarding current financial crunch.
