I'm terrified of going to dentists! At my husband's urging I made an appointment with Harvard Dental Group. All of the staff was so nice and made me feel at ease. I'm so happy that I made that first appointment! Special thanks to Valerie for all her work with our insurance companies.
Teresa is a gem! She is courteous, careful, thoughtful and thorough. She cares about her patients and provides a level of detail which is just right as to what she will be doing and why. She provides options when available and treats her patients as if they were a part of her own family. Although going to have my teeth cleaned/checked is never on the "gosh I can't wait list" of things to do, Teresa makes it a bearable, if not enjoyable experience. Keep up the great customer service experience!

She is friendly and kind and explains things very well.
On a walk-in first visit, I was seen immediately and treated professionally. The practice is clean and modern and I was walked through it by staff who seemed proud of their workplace. Cleaning and exam were quick and painless.
All went well it was quick and easy, hardly any discomfort after the Novocaine wore off, things seem to be healing well. You didn't try to sell me anything to go along with this. I should have picked up a card when I left. I recommended you to my wife, and will get back to you about cleaning etc. Thanks & God Bless Mike Meier
