Excellent experience with Cheryl, my hygienist. She always provides me with good information and advice about my teeth and keeping them healthy.
I had a very positive experience at Harvard Dental Group. Everyone was very friendly, professional and made me feel valued. I don't particularly like to go to the dentist as I have a number of dental issues but the staff goes out of the way to make you as comfortable as possible and I actually had less pain during my crown procedure than I've had at other dentists! I certainly appreciated that!

I really hate going to the dentist, especially when I know it is going to hurt. I generally only go in worst case scenario situations. Well it was a worst case scenario so I had to make an appointment! I was prompted to enter in an appointment date 2 days out. Not good! I explained my symptoms in the brief description section and awaited my reply. I was surprised to get a phone call saying they could squeeze me in in a couple hours! So that was fantastic! Your team is awesome and so nice every time I come in there the customer service is beyond excellent even if I do have cavities haha. I went years with out work because of horrible experience from other dentist and your the only ones that keep me coming back for my cleanings and fillings. So thank you!
I have never had a more gentle dental hygienist! I actually forgot I was having my teeth cleaned and that I might have to have my hackles raised! I was totally relaxed! Great, caring doctor and capable front desk staff. I love that when I call, a real person answers the phone!
