Good job. I appreciate the fact that your staff answers questions and tries to please patients.
Dr. Adams always takes the most advantageous route for his patients and tries his best to save a tooth as opposed to settling for a tooth extraction. He takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have with any of the procedures and gives you his full attention so you never have the feeling that he is in a hurry to move on.
Haven't been to the dentist in over 8 years, however DR Adams and his staff were were respectful, explained every step before doing it, and most importantly never did any work to my teeth without asking me about insurance and showIng me a bill prior to my visit! Will be here for a long time!
When I called for an appointment, they gave me one just a couple of days later. Dr. Adams diagnosed my problem -- a dead root in my upper right first premolar, resulting in an infection -- and gave me a double root canal. He didn't have time to prepare my tooth for a crown, but Dr. Andersen had time, and he did the prep work. Jessica prepared a temporary crown for me and glued it in place. I like the atmosphere in that office. Everyone is respectful, pleasant and attentive to my needs. The dentist explained all my options and answered all my questions. And... with a sense of humor!

The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist all provided a friendly, welcoming environment, and then proceeded to provide excellent, attentive care. All my needs were met in a caring way.
