Very impressed by friendliness of entire staff and the ambiance of the waiting area. Cheryl did everything possible to assure my comfort and did an outstanding job with my cleaning. She also explained things as she went along, and I learned some new tips for keeping my chompers healthier. My husband, who has Alzheimers, also had his teeth cleaned and a treatment plan was made for him. We both really liked Dr. Adams. Always dreaded dental appointments, but this experience has enabled me to not dread any future appointments.
Everything went well and better than some places.
The dental hygienist, Beth, is exceptional! They have kind office staff and Dr. Adams is very personable.
Great care from Dr. Adams, filling was pretty much painless, and little discomfort. Staff has to be more aware of customer issues. I had postural hypotension and dizziness when I got ready to leave the dental chair. I waited a little, and still walked quite unsteady out to pay my bill, and go to my truck. None of the assistants or office staff seemed to be concerned that I was not walking steadily and could easily fall. Need to provide better customer service to their customers. I stopped in to see if the Dentist could see me. He was able to take a look then! I had a tooth pulled a couple months ago and was having some discomfort in the tooth near that one. This dentist was able to grind down a little surface and I'm feeling much better! Great customer service! Great Dentist!
I had broken a tooth that I thought couldn't be saved. The Dr. assured me it could and he did it with a very gentle hand.
Spectacular. I particularly like the new innovations that are there every year. The digitized "Xray" equipment in particular is over the top as you don't have to put up with the old bite wings in your mouth - the apparatus is quick and light weight and you watch your images come up on the screen so fast. They are far safer that the system just a few years ago. The baking soda pressure polisher was fun. The 50,000 vibration plaque remover was so easy.
