This is by far the best cleaning I have ever had. They spent extra time on my teeth, which hadn't been cleaned in a long time and I am honestly amazed by the difference! It's like I have all new teeth! It is the most thorough cleaning I have ever had and my teeth didn't even hurt after. I will never go anywhere else and wish I'd found this place a long time ago.
I called as a new patient with an urgent infected crown issue (from another dentist) and the staff bent over backwards to help me get in quickly. All the personnel were helpful, efficient, and courteous. Dr. Adams was overloaded after the holidays but took time to patiently help me, going beyond what I expected. Great experience for me. Thank you Harvard Dental.
Harvard Dental Group is a great clinic. The staff are all kind and the hygienists are great! Everybody is helpful and willing to answer any questions you have, even if they're kind of odd questions. Dr. Adams is a GREAT dentist. I almost never even FEEL his shots, he's THAT good. When I DO feel them, they don't hurt, I'm just aware of the motion. I never leave unsatisfied! Everyone here is Great! The one thing I love the most is they all feel like Family, it's a very loving place, and for people who have fear, or whatever, it completely goes away here, I enjoy my appts now, so if you know anyone who's looking for a great Dentist, Hygienist, Dental Assistants, receptionist, etc.. this is first and last stop!Thank youShaylee Morby
The service and care are great. The people are courteous and helpful and go out of their way to offer and explain options. Unfortunately, they are an "out of network" provider for our insurance which makes them prohibitively expensive for us.
