Ericka and her team were incredible to work with from start to finish. From very last minute requests to even more last minute changes and adds they handled it all with professionalism and grace. It was truly a wonderful experience and of course all their florals were stunning. Can’t wait to work with this team again!
Ericka and her team at Hartworks were incredible and I'm so happy I chose them for our wedding at Leo Carrillo Ranch. They were very professional throughout the entire process and were very gracious in helping me with some of the changes I had. We hired Hartworks for our wedding last year, and intentionally did not write a review for this vendor post wedding. As we look back on our photos, we feel it’s important to share our experience given the many corners cut. Several issues: - Floral mock up: we paid extra to bring florals in our color palette to our mock up. She instead brought arrangements for someone else’s wedding, which were clearly not in our color palette.
