I've known Dr. Hartlage for 33 years. He is knowledgable and compassionate. He wants to answer your questions and help you to understand. He truly cares about people. He will go the extra mile to diagnose and treat you. His staff is also a great bunch. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I just love them all. It's a hard thing to find a group like this in Tallahassee.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I will absolutely return. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. They are always very considerate and professional.

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Not at all, they seemed stuck in the past Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider rush your appointment? Not too much, but somewhat Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
