Very disappointed and upset with this PT office. I called Hartford Healthcare appointment line which is a remote centralized office somewhere. That was problem number one and should have been my first red flag. I specifically asked the scheduler how difficult it would be to get appointments at this office in the later afternoon considering my work schedule. She said it wouldn't be an issue.
