I was there for an unexpected problem with my cat. The staff was very calming and showed compassion. They "squeezed" me & kitty in for an exam. They tried to apologise for my wait. Lol. They were saving me from having to go to the emergency clinic 45 minutes away - and a lot more expensive. I was so grateful. I would recommend this veterinary clinic!
Every doctor, tech, and assistant (and Linda the awesome manager) is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They see all of our dogs, our cat, and our ferrets. I love how they take their time with each patient, thoroughly explain your options, and try to make every visit as stress free as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you want the best care for your animals in Hartford, this is the place to go.
We recently added Puppy Sophia to our family and brought her to Hartford Animal Clinic for her puppy checkup. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It had been a long time since we had had a puppy so we had many questions and the staff were very patient with us and thorough with Sophia's puppy check. Dr. Liz and Angie were wonderful and Puppy Sophia left wagging her tail! We could not be happier.
My puppy was spayed yesterday. The staff was fantastic!!! There were very caring, answered a million and one questions I had. I'm glad I choose the Hartford Animal clinic when I got Panda. I would and will recommend this clinic in the future!!
We were a tad late because of our kitty not wanting to get in her kennel... But when we got to the clinic they were understanding and took their time to answer all the questions we had. This was our first visit to the vet since we adopted our newest family member and we will definitely make this our forever vet�
