I had to take my kitty Smokey Joe in today for concerns about his breathing and his attempts to cough something up. Dr Bernier was very compassionate and informative, thoroughly explaining xrays that were taken and giving me possible reasons for Smokey’s condition. Have never been to a vet clinic where doctors and assistants have been so informative and helpful. Thank you so much
The staff is very caring.They have been our veterinarian for a long time. Our lab tore his ACL and had surgery 6 years ago. It went very well. He is now 12.
The staff is so pleasant and caring. Clearly explains everything to you and does not pressure you to spend more money than what is absolutely needed for your pet.
First time there this afternoon but I can tell it’s going to be our long term vet (we’re new to the area). It’s clean, welcoming, and modern. The staff really care about the animals, handle them gently, and there was even a little carpet for my cat to sit on during her exam instead of just a hard table. It actually helped her feel way more comfortable during the exam. They're kind gentle hands on my dog. Their knowledge and expertise on what to do to make them comfortable. They're friendly atmosphere no ma what. Just an over all great place when you need to go to the vet you wanna go there.
Last week, I visited Hartford Animal Clinic for the first time. It was under very sad circumstances as I had to say goodbye to my friend and companion of 15 years. Everyone we encountered there were very kind and compassionate. Their concern for our comfort was both clear and genuine. They knew when to leave us alone to say goodbye and when to stay and talk afterward.
