Hartford Animal Clinic is amazing!! I have been going here for 7 years now for my two dogs and have seen Dr. Niki, Dr. Liz, and Dr. Caley and they are all awesome vets!! They are extremely knowledgeable and walk you through everything you need to know about your furry family member. The vet techs are also amazing and very friendly. Everyone here is great! Highly recommend!! 10/10!!
Emergency situation at 545pm on a Friday and we were turned away!!!!! We are or should say were regulars at this clinic it isn’t like we picked them because the were open they were our vet!!!!!!!! I will never return and be sure to tell anyone who listens! The woman on the phone was rude and not at all empathetic! She should be fired!!!! Our poor boy had a seizure had to drive all the way to Grafton emergency care! The drive there felt like hours!
While practicing social distancing, the vets and staff were very thorough. I checked in by phone when I arrived. Shortly, support staff called me to ask many questions about the health of my senior dog. Then they came to my car wearing a mask to take my dog in for his appointment. The Vet called me twice to discuss EVERYTHING I was concerned about and more. When checking out, support staff called again to go over my bill. My dog was inside for 100 min. Highly recommended!!
Worst experience ever! Had a new puppy visit. Has one shot. Brought her home. She is in terrific pain and can’t walk or be touched. Call them back and they need to work her In for pain meds. We waited a hour with a appt this am. Receptionist was rude and uncaring. We will never return
Dr. Liz and all of the staff are wonderful, kind and very knowledgeable. They have great hours. I would highly rate this clinic.
Very good care for our dogs over the years. Skilled knowledgeable staff. Dr Nikki is the best. Highly recommend the Clinic and Dr Nikki.

Everyone is so kind and loving. Dr. Liz Larson took good care of our last Boston Terrier even when he turned into a cranky old man. Now we are taking our Boston puppy to Dr. Liz. She always prioritizes what is best for our dogs.They are not the closest vets to our house, but it's worth the drive.
