Fantastic service! Roz was so great to answer my questions and provide me with feedback and information in a very timely manner on what was a busy day for the clinic! Dr. Katrina is an awesome vet and I will be taking all my cats to see her. They are awesome here and could squeeze in my cat Dudley this morning for a last minute appointment for his eye. They answered all my questions and really care for the animals that they see here. Only reason for 4 stars is that I had to wait an hour after getting there to actually see the vet otherwise everything was perfect! Highly recommend:)
Our dog Ari has been a patient of Hartford for almost 13 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better vet to have taken care of our beautiful girl! She crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday (1/28/18) at just over 16 years old, and Hartford took such amazing care of her throughout everything. I want to thank Dr. Nicki and Roz for taking such wonderful care of DUGGIE during our sad time yesterday. It's never easy letting your pet cross "The Rainbow Bridge". We just moved to the area and I knew I needed to find a new veterinary clinic. I picked this one after reading the good reviews. I brought my two 11 years cats in for a routine check up. I was very pleased with the attention and thorough exam they received and how kind the staff were as as they listened and addressed my concerns. I feel my kitties will be in very good hands when I need to bring them back.
