Approximately 20k miles ago, I brought my 2015 Kia Sedona van in because the chrome was peeling off of my wheels. I was told that I wasn't washing the wheels properly. just took it to another Kia dealership yesterday. The van now has 40k+ miles on it. It was brought in for the sliding door recall but the service manager saw my wheels and asked how I washed them (with car wash solution and a microfiber rag or through the soft touch car wash) and she said that the wheels were defective and is ordering new ones for me. Hart Motor company will never and I mean never get any of my business or anyone else I know because I will tell them what an awfull service department they have and the fact that we went there 7 years ago to buy a car and no one would even look at us so we went next day to different dealership and bought the same vehicle we were looking to buy at Hart at a better deal mind you.
