RecommendedI truly like the service depart at Hart Motor Co in Salem. Very good trained people to take car of my vehicles and nice and comfortable waiting room . Sales staff friendly but never pushy.
This was the first vehicle that I have purchased at hart motors and was a very pleasurable experience. They didn't try to low ball me on my trade in and the price on the vehicle we bought was below kbb. We were in and out within an hour or so. I have fairly new vehicles now but if I have to get a new one anytime soon my first stop will be Hart Motors.
Over the years we keep coming back to Hart for good dependable cars. The staff is/has always been very helpful, kind, and courteous while being professional all the while treating us like valued customers. My car had to be towed there over 2 weeks ago for power steering went out! My car didn’t get in the shop until 4 days later then they told me they had to order the part and they also found other issues wrong that they would call and give an estimate but never got a call! Then when I picked up my keys today the paperwork said I had refused to have the stuff fixed! It’s kinda hard to refuse when I never knew about it!
