Wouldn’t buy anywhere else!! Have bought two! Both times were a pleasure
I was buying my truck of my dreams and after researching both Ford and GMC I chose the GMC. I have worked with Eddie King several times trying to buy cars for other people. Eddie was very helpful and patient with me researching both vehicles. The whole crew stayed late the night I bought it to get the sale processed, they went above and beyond. This is second car we have bought from Hart Kia.The last one was 13 years ago and just bought our second one. William Sheppard was a great salesman. He was very polite and respectful. He never tried to push us into buying the car. He was great showing us about all the gadgets and buttons. Great experience We love our new Telluride!

Great place to buy a GMC!!
Hart had the Kia Soul Special Edition that I wanted, but I ended up paying full sticker price. 2 years later, when I told them I had a problem with an error message that keeps popping up about my keyless ignition they said "bring it in" and I did. Because the car "did not do it" while they had it, they did nothing for the issue. I am sure a tech can tell a lot from a 3 second message flash, but I was totally unhappy with their attitude in the Service Dept and I will not take it back there unless it is towed at their expense ... read more
I do not recommend, I have heard of issues with their service dept in the past but I just had recalls so I figured it would be easy in and out. Nope. Will not use them again to service my Kia.
