This review specifically is for the cardiologist there. Their office has terrible service! I was calling the last 20 minutes of the day to see when I can come in for my heart monitor because I was told to call back when I’m back from vacation. Last 20 minutes they continued to let it ring and ring and ring untill the after hours machine picked up after hours!

I can no longer recommend Dr. Shantha. My Grandmother has COPD and when a prescription runs out it's impossible to get in touch with the office. She ran out of one of her lung medications and I called everyday for over a week. I left messages. The drug store even finally gave up trying to contact them. My mother finally called the doctor line and they answered. This is unacceptable.

I have nothing but praise for Doctor Shantha himself. However, my grandmother uses a wheelchair and the access ramp was blocked by a car. I told staff and the response was "I'm sorry", with no attempt to fix the issue. Once they mark the wheelchair ramp with stripes and no longer allow cars to block access I'll change my review.
