I have nothing but praise for Doctor Shantha himself. However, my grandmother uses a wheelchair and the access ramp was blocked by a car. I told staff and the response was "I'm sorry", with no attempt to fix the issue. Once they mark the wheelchair ramp with stripes and no longer allow cars to block access I'll change my review.
He is my doctor and I like the fact he listens, does test to find out what's going on and explain. Highly recommend
Had a very productive, efficient and helpful first appt with Dr Shantha 7 short days ago and was very pleased and encouraged when I left that appt - which was very helpful considering that the last pulmonologist I saw was a complete joke and didn’t even bother to look at the multitude of tests, bloodwork and seemingly unrelated information that has been done over the last 6 - 9 months.
