Kind of a dive but the food was fabulous burger was great!!
Worst service I've had in DC!! Just stopped for drinks and both our drinks were horrible! Their soda must have been running out. Was flat and discolored. Staff insisted on it being ok.

Bad food and rude staff. At first I was impressed and having fun with my free popcorn, even though the waitress didn't even say hello when she came to take our orders. But when another waitress came with my food and dropped some on my drink by mistake, things got pretty bad. I told her that she dropped food on my drink and she just asked me to fish it out. I've been coming to Harry's for years. If you want good food, lots a value and a friendly atmosphere...this is the place to come.
Food was mediocre and service was slow. The food, in my opinion, could be vastly improved. It took us 30 minutes to receive our simple order of a burger and chicken sandwich. The waitress was polite and apologetic but this situation could definitely improve. I will choose to find elsewhere while in D.C.!
