I had an excellent experience at Harrow Eye Care with Dr. Natalie Raies. She saw both me and my young son, and she was fantastic with both of us. She was professional, thorough, friendly, and explained everything clearly without making it feel rushed. She was especially great with my kid — patient, kind, and somehow managed to make an eye exam feel easy instead of like a hostage negotiation with an eye chart. That alone deserves five stars. Dr. Raies is patient and throughout and her staff are super kind. Easily the best experience in eye care that I have had in my lifetime. Her team makes the 30 minute drive out to Harrow worth it. Highly recommend.
