Good morning I had appointment this morning at 8:30, ( new patient} I have Blue Medicare HMO, the reception said that you do not honor this insurance, I should have been asked about insurance during the appointment call, I would not have chosen Harrold & Associate and would not have driven 40 miles, she was so quick to make appointment other questions should have been asked. Very dissatisfied 😒

the staff are so kind. Candis went above and beyond to help me with a concern I had! she was great. Dr. lisk is also wonderful.

So far they have did good work for me. They tell me exactly what I need done.
The past two visits I had over an hour wait for a less than 2 minute visit. I called on 1/5/2018 and was hung up on twice. I asked for a prescription to be called and they didn't do it and had no remorse about it. Planning on leaving this practice.
Good team & great service with a smile.wouldnt want anybody else working with me and my family.
