Craig did an amazing job trying to make my son's first teeth cleaning as successful as possible. My son is only two, but we had already been to visit one time due to a chipped tooth. Both experiences have been excellent. Even the receptionist heard my son crying at one point and brought him a few story books to choose from and he got to take one home. Great job- most thorough check up ever
By the time I go for my regular 6-month check-up, I often have some questions either about my own dental health, or some care product in the news. Dr. Wright and Craig take time to listen and answer my concerns, while giving me excellent, pain-free care. As a senior adult with lots of dental "history", I esp appreciate that they inform me of potential future issues, teeth they are watching, etc. so I know what to do if I have pain or problem anywhere. Last week I had my teeth cleaned by Jennifer at Dr. Wright's office. The staff greeted us by name, and we were taken in promptly at our appointment time. Jennifer took care not to hurt my mouth when she took X-rays, and she gave me a thorough cleaning. I had one problem area which she pointed out to Dr. Wright for his opinion, and he suggested that I return for work on that problem. I'm proud to say that Dr. Wright has been my dentist for several years now. He and the entire dental staff have been nothing but kind and generous to me from the very start. Dr. Wright gave me my smile back. When I first came to Dr. Wright's office, I was a poor grad student who lost his smile and confidence. Thanks to Dr. Wright I have them both back. If you've never had a tooth pulled out and you need to don't be scared because you get numbed and can't feel anything for a long time.
Like a lot of people, I generally don't like to visit the dentist. It had been a long time since my last visit and was a little apprehensive, but was totally placed at ease in D. Wright's office. We developed a plan for my treatment and have actually enjoyed going to the dentist for the first time in my life. The personnel are great, put me at ease both before, and during treatment.
