Talked on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday on time. The man that came out was pleasant and very friendly, easy going. He was able to answer question and give advice for the future.

Exceptional work. They came and viewed our projects and then gave us an exact cost for the work. We agreed to the amount and he began work immediately. The work is top notch. The electrician was polite, professional and personable. He wore shoe protectors and cleaned up absolutely everything, including vacuuming his work area. They are the best.
Mt time was 8 to 10a. I heard nothing. At 1020a I called them. I was not listed on their schedule! The owner had taken my call. They did send a nice gentleman at 1p. I thought they were very expensive. I paid by the job and not the hour. He did say they eere not the least expensive but they did do good wofk. Each tech sets their fee. The person that the owner said would be here was not the one that came wnich was good since he did not cost ss much. This company proudly bills "by the job, not by the hour." When the serviceman arrived, he pulled out a book and told us what the charge would be for repairing two three-way switches. We were already in for the $69.95 service so felt we had to accept. We paid $368 for the job that took 40 minutes. Ask on the phone before hiring. The serviceman also attempted to sell us on a new circuit breaker board. That's okay but he slapped a sticker on our circuit breaker box, without asking, while I was upstairs. Prompt and courteous as well as knowledgeable!
Technician to discuss my project needs,]. I was told my Project quote would be arriving the following week. I have been waiting over 3 for Quote, and I am still waiting. I have called 2 times and spoke with Owner, and a 3rd time to his Assistant and was promised a Quote was on its way. To date, I still have not received any Quote or Call back from Company.
