The work was completed satisfactorily. They did pitch a lot of additional work, some of which we did agree to do. Originally, I made an appointment which was not honored because it never got into their system. Upon being called, they did send someone out who did not make the repair but gave an estimate. The repair was done the next day.

Dave came out 2 hours ahead of schedule. Saw a couple other things that needed to be done and completed all in about 2.5 hours. I really appreciate how quickly Harrison Electric responded to my call. Thank you! LisaM

They came and were able to add the one outlet the same day. Not sure if a permit really should have been pulled, but that would have added at least another $150 for the project. Not satisfied that I had to pay a fee for coming out when they came out and did the project as quoted and then added the fee as an added cost. The quoted price should have been the price paid. The work done was fine but....

I had two outdoor outlets installed on my house. The technician was personable and professional. He explained the three-tiered pricing structure and told me how he would proceed with the work. After the job was completed (very quickly) he explained the CGI outlets and their covers' features. I had used Harrison in the past, so was comfortable calling them for this job. I prefer to use locally owned companies vs. national chains. I am very pleased with the service performed.
