John, The service tech exceeded my expectation!
The work was fast, neat and perfectly done. I thought the price was a little steep...but what do I know?
I called this company to fix 4 outlets I told him on the phone I need to fix these outlets He came just saw the outlets used outlet tester and said grounding is not proper, I knew this before and I explained the same to him on the phone He did not even open the outlet and see if he I want him to fix it would cost 300 I feel he could have said the same estimation over the phone He was asking for me shamelessly for 69$ and I paid him His whole concentration was up selling I felt like some sales person knocked my door for sales... read more
Chris with Harrison, was my electrician and I would highly recommend him for your project. My job was a bit tougher blending really old with new, but Chris did a great job keeping me informed of the why's and how's. He was also very considerate when I had to make changes due to staying on budget. They are coming back to complete install of under cabinet lighting and I have no worries, given my inital experience. Would definitely recommend.
Tech was on time,solved and fixed the problem quickly. He was pleasant and efficient.

They were very responsive calling me MOMENTS a after I submitted my request online. I was a little put off by being billed $69 for them to have the opportunity to bid on my work. I questioned it. But because their rating was high I hired them. I didn't want to pay $69 each for several electricians to come bid (apparently this is common among electricians). Their price seemed a bit high...they were here for only one hour but the bill to change out one switch on my panel was over $350. Unfortunately I don't know if that's high... read more
