SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not use this establishment to have your vehicle serviced or worked on. I've had three bent rims "fixed" over the last two years at the Broad Ripple location. They were so friendly and serviced my vehicle extremely fast... NOW I KNOW WHY!!! My father pulled my tires off to rotate them and all three rims are still bent. I paid over $140 for repairs on three different occasions -- totalling $420. We called to complain and the response we got was "it's been too long for us to do anything about it." Great experience and very helpful – I came in with an engine noise, thinking I was going to be replacing my engine, or who knows what. after about 30 minutes or so, Dan, the service writer, came to me with an estimate, turns out i had a pulley with bad bearings making all the noise, They replaced the pulley and the belt and had me on my way soon after. I will recommend Harris Tire to my friends.
Thieves and Scam artists! – Came in with a coupon for an oil change for 19.00 and they said it would be 29.99 because my Camry took special oil. BS! Then they stole my Ipod, 5 winning lotto scratch offs (about $50. in winnings), and all of my change! BAD PEOPLE, don't go!
Extremely nice and personable service. The waiting room was peaceful and quiet; the service was quick as well. It would be nice if there were complimentary water/juice but regardless, a great job!

I have been a customer for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else for service. They are fantastic. Everyone is very knowledgeable, polite, helpful, etc.
Best Referral I've ever gotten – I had bought my tires elsewhere and taken them back several times because of loss of air. I went to Autozone to see if they had something to fix this and they suggested I go to Harris Tire. I did and within 10 min, the manager came out and said he could repair the problem. He did and 3 months later, no leak or need to add more air.
