0 stars. Water was disconnected, my fault. But let's discuss the process. You must make a payment thru a 3rd party, they charge a fee. After you make a payment, you have to call them to let them know you made a payment. Then they inform you that the reconnect fee $120.00 was not added so you must contact the 3rd party again and pay that. Another fee again. Then you must call them back again. Then they have sometime between 8am - 5pm to reconnect. Ridiculous

I received a cut off notice for my water bill. I know I made thru online banking. I called in and they stated they haven’t received the check from the bank it maybe lost in the mail. They told me to pay online and do a stop payment on the check. Well the check arrived that they told me to put a stop payment on and they attempted to cash it. They charged me a $35 bounced check fee and they refused to wave it bc the account wasn’t documented 😡
