Common Expectations Of course you have your average apartment management that works harder for prospective renters than for residents themselves. But I must say, for an apartment complex that houses possibly more than or close to 100 units, they are doing a semi-splendid job. Not worth it... I have lived in 3 different apartments and this one is my least favorite. I used to live in a 1100 sq ft apartment and only paid $600/month. The apartment I live in now is only about 800 sq ft and I pay $800/month with the same amenities I had at the other apartments. Based on what I have had is not worth the price I am paying now, especially since I have to drive my trash to the other end of the complex.
