This apartment complex is horrible all the way around. The maintenance the cleanliness. The latest is that theres no one in the office no one is returning phone calls or emails for weeks. And then I get an email out of the blue that my rent is increasing $500 a month and $900 a month if we go month-to-month. This complaint is regarding Atlantic & Pacific Association Management at The Plaza On Brickell West. I leased a condo here in April and was told by the building after repeatedly checking they accept tobacco cigarette smokers ( It is barred in the common areas which I have respected ) and that it is up to the owners of each condo whether or not a tenant can smoke inside the individual condo units. I have had terrible customer service with this apartment complex, especially from their employee*****. I have submitted an application and paid for the application fees 2 weeks ago for an apartment on September 1st. My roommate and I have been waiting for feedback a week and have called dozens of times with no answer. I have left messages with the office, answering service, and corporate about the status of our application. I moved to Harrison grande November 15th 2019, it seems like one of the worst mistakes I have made thus far. There are many reasons for that which I am about to explain. 1st: I have put in over 13 service requests starting *2/7/20, when I noticed some loud noise was coming from the roof scratching noises, and knocking noises. High rent with no parking The rent is insane, gates are always broke and have had no parking at all many nights. Filing a complaint? Save your breath, have had decent experience with maintenance interior is nice besides the bugs and expect amenities/utilities price increases out of nowhere

The gate is completely operational. The only issue we continue to have are residents and visitors hitting the gate. Unfortunately, when they hit the gate, it will cease to function and we have to call an outside vendor to make the repairs. This does take time and is not an immediate fix. Nothing Great Been living here for 9 months we can’t wait until this lease is up . The Good : We have the 2 bed room so we can have people over and it is spacious and was renovated right before we came in so it does look nice. The bad Maintenance tries their best around here but most of the people while live here are so inconsiderate for anyone else and leave garbage on their cars or outside their doors, they are super loud , no one cleans up dog poop, the people above me smoke on their deck and my deck gets covered in ashes... read more

I'd Recommend It I've been here for about 5 months now and I'd recommend this community. It isn't perfect, the exterior of the community could use some updating (especially the lighting), I don't always care for my neighbors, and the community is constantly having issues with the gate arm because the people here break it all the time, but the staff is amazing and so is the maintenance group.
