45 min to start getting food which is pretty normal when busy BUT half hour later still didn't get all our food.1 set silverware and 1 napkin for 6 people. took 20 minutes to get drink refills.

Awesome service and atmosphere
I eat here often on my lunch break and can't figure out why. Service is always terrible, usually servers are doing nothing but talking or on their phones instead of actually waiting on tables. The wait time is ridiculous for even a simple hotdog and If you get a burger it will never come as you ordered. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is clear that no one here actually cares about customer service.
There needs to be better music, not everybody likes to hear techno all night. Dj needs to be more inclusive with their music. I dont want to hear Hannah Montana after twerking to Cardi B for 5 seconds.
Go to hop cat, the food and service is horrible!
