While they have the right to be open, they bear the responsibility to do their part to limit the spread of Covid-19. It's painfully clear they did not do that. Besides that, the poor service, mediocre food and drinks, and dirty atmosphere are far from inviting.
Close the doors forever..Owners doesn't care about following the coronavirus guide lines.. They all over the news right now for not following the guide lines with 51 coronavirus cases

Such a great FAMILY-OWNED business. A great place to go with amazing staff and delicious food. They care so much about their business and employees! Not only is this a great restaurant & brewpub, but the amount of money and fundraising they do for the community is truly outstanding ❤️ I would recommend this place to anyone and can’t wait to go back once they re-open!
Harpers is an overpriced, disappointing establishment, even by the standards of date-rape college bars, Their wait times on a normal day are erratic and usually long. Their men's room has had soap exactly one time I've been there, and they are still trying to make a buck by being busy during a time when people are advised to not be in crowds. they don't care about the people either individually, or as a community they participate in. no give. only take.
First time here, Pesto pasta was phenomenal and service was great!
awesone beer and food. manager outworking waitress. he took our drink order them gave us food recommendations that waitress could not and he served othe drinks and desseet. overall great time.
the establishment as it is currently ran is not kind to black people. I was treated as a preditor and a Fetish the entire night. and when I walked out of the building at 1:20pm the staff would not let me back in to get my phone. they argued with me for ten minute for it to comply with some rule. eventually after getting loud about the racist undertones of the staff. they retrieved my phone.
