I called harpers air about a noise in the A/C they came out ingored the noise, said they put six pounds of feron in the unit, but would only charge me for five. 84.00 for the first pound and 22.00 for the next four. The A/C was cooling fine, only making a loud noise. Total bill 251.95. They solved nothing. Several days later I called TRANE HQS explained the problem with HARPERS and the noise. They sent a TECH out and I now have a compresson on order under warranty

Had them come out to service and clean my unit and they did nothing. Said the person at my home was a liar and told me maybe next time I should be at home when they came. Posted a review on their Facebook which they removed so dont trust that. Very rude and unprofessional. However...They are very fast at posting your bill. No way I will ever use this service again, save time and go in your bathroom, look in the mirror and talk crap to yourself then turn and flush your money down the toilet..... same result.
