Had a great work out on yesterday im almost at my four weeks can't wait to see how much progress I have made
Excellent Workout classes. Love love PiYo & BodyPump w/Kelli, TRX/ViPR w/Phil. Facility is outdated and dark. Good for a quick workout. Staff is awesome and helpful.
Sunday was the first time in over 20 years! today is Thursday and I've been there 4 times! already I'm having a great awesome time workout is good for the soul!
Very much a family place, it is like coming after a hard day at work, and everyone is so happy to see you.
I love the classes, the instructors are awesome the people are wonderful, there's a very friendly atmosphere.
