Wonderful place the people are so nice and friendly.
They are Almost complete wit the renovation of both the men and the women sauna and hot tub also they have a great deal of work out equipment personal trainers that can help you no matter what your skill level or your physical level to get you to your goal of healthier living and weight
Very nice and professional staff ,clean ,I was there for water aerobics, instructor and the lifeguard very polite, welcoming and I really enjoyed myself and I will return

Great aquatic therapy, community center and also has senior arobics, Zumba and yoga
Just a great place to work out. Older facility, but has modern equipment. Very friendly staff.
