RecommendedI’ve been coming to the Y for about a couple years I’ve experienced a few free classes, utilize the sauna, pool & whirlpool. I’ve signed up for a trainer once for six months and I use the play & learn/kids zone as well. This is a wonderful place that has LOTS of options for all ages which is a plus. Learn how the laws regarding people and their service dogs and never touch or give a dog commands! Very disappointing
The aquatic staff here is no way is educated on how to act and treat service animals, my 2 year old is more educated then the staff. They in no way have attempted to have the people involved apologize for their wing doing!
The way you treated our friend and her service dog is unacceptable. Educate your staff and make things right with the person and animal you have treated so poorly. shame on you and your staff!
