I got a car with a warranty and was told within the first month of me getting the vehicle that I would get free tires and alignment. A month after I got it I ended up getting a screw in the side wall of my tire and went to go get a new tire and was quoted around $650 instead of honoring what they told me.
My wife and I purchase a SUV from here. We live out of the state of Michigan. It's been nothing but a major inconvenience dealing with paperwork. They have sent a driver down not once but 5 times now for a simple signature! This dealership has received their money but can't seem to get things together on their end. Due to the delay in paperwork we had two temporary plates! The DAY before the second one expired they contacted the BMV so we could purchase our official plate. As of March 2018, this dealership is advertising a truck for sale with a very nice price. Unfortunately, this truck is damaged. The dealership will not even show a customer this specific truck. Yet it is still advertised weekly online and in local advertising. Isn't this considered false advertising ?
Tried working deal via the internet on a vehicle they had in stock. Picked one, agreed on price, had them run my credit and was locked in to buy. Trying to make arrangements to get out and see the vehicle, I got a call back from salesmen informing me someone else bought the vehicle we had 95% of the work done on. Voiced my displeasure and salesmen told me to come out and pick one of the many of the many they had on the lot.
