They were friendly, early (but not too early) to pickup the items, efficient - but at no point rushed,and always happy to help or answer a question before the move. This is the second time I've used their service, the first was a move, and would use again if I were to move back to the area.

On the actual move day, they arrived on time and explained the process clearly and took the stress out of moving. They also did extra wrapping when asked. The whole move went extremely well and I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

They took good care of our stuff, they were a pleasure to deal with personally, and they were patient in dealing with the rules of the co-op we were moving in to. You absolutely must strongly consider using them if you're moving in the city. They're superb.
